1. Agreement and eligibility
By using BoldSpirit Studio pages, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or use the service with appropriate adult or institutional supervision.
2. Educational content
Course materials are educational resources, not guarantees of publication, sales, awards, or a particular creative result. You remain responsible for decisions made in your projects.
3. Catalog and cart
The catalog and cart are provided for course selection. The current prototype does not process real payments or create a completed enrollment through the local checkout dialog.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or attempt to access systems without permission.
5. Intellectual property
BoldSpirit Studio branding, original course text, structure, and interface are protected by applicable law. You may use purchased or authorized learning materials for personal learning, but may not redistribute or resell them.
6. Your work and feedback
You retain rights to your own game concepts. If you voluntarily send feedback, you grant permission for BoldSpirit Studio to use it in a non-identifying way to improve services.
7. Availability and limitations
We work to keep the site useful and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
